This is a great dry cleaners.  Good quality and prices. Staff is fantastic

The work is never done right the first time.  The staff are incompetent, unfriendly and lack any sense of ethics.

They wrecked one pair of expensive dress pants by making them shorter instead of longer (they didn't replace the pants, and even charged me for the shoddy work).  

They had another pair of my pants for a week - they let the hem out, but didn't finish the end (even though I asked them to).  They wanted me to come back again 3 days later to pick them up.  I took them to Cleaning by Page instead... they finished the hem while I waited.

Paramount = BAD.  Page = GREAT!!
