Extremely good service. Moved from the UK to Canada with some furniture, kitchen goods, and some fragile things like glasses and mugs. Everything arrived earlier than expected and in one piece. They always responded to emails within a day and were really friendly. Highly recommended for a worry-free international move! Only one word of warning: it is not part of the service (and they are not really allowed to make it part of the service) to help with customs declarations. A quick Google search will get you to the right customs forms to fill out (*before* making your move!). If you don't do this ahead of time and declare "goods to follow" it will cost you a fortune in taxes when your goods clear customs!

We shipped our household items from Toronto to Spain with Paramount (previously AMJ Campbell) last November and were very pleased with their service. We had a few communications problems in Toronto but as we were in temporary accommodation it was not always easy to connect. The guys with the truck were friendly and efficient and packed up all our things in storage very professionally. The shipment arrived surprisingly fast and in good shape. Their partner company in Spain dealt with all the customs for us and unpacked and reassembled our major items very efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend Paramount for an international move.

Our experience with AMJ Campbell (for an international move out of Canada) was very poor. Their claims of integrity, ethics, and outstanding customer service proved hollow, as we were exposed to corruption, mistreatment, and incompetence by their partner company in our destination country. In response, AMJ Campbell failed to provide any real and effective support or assistance, saying in effect, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." (We should, however, acknowledge that the packing and loading team in Canada did a fine job -- the only bright spot in an otherwise dismal experience.)

The company changed its name from AMJ Campbell and my experience with them was not so pleasant. They refused to deliver the paperwork by courier or email and I had to burn the whole day in riding to their office and back.
