Mel is incredible. This salon should have been my first choice... with Mel's 35 years experience I was impressed to hear that she STILL attends educational workshops. They know their stuff!

I don't have the easiest hair to deal with when it comes to colouring, my hair is a mousy brown that I've kept dark for awhile since my colour tone often turned out red or orange whenever I went blonde. I did a lot of research on what salons in Sudbury had reputable colour experts and that's how I came to Parallels. Mel is brilliant when it comes to colouring! She took the time to really understand what I wanted and didn't want, and ensured I walked out feeling 100% satisfied with the end result. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I love my new blonde locks as well as my new cut compliments of Carol. I walked out feeling like a transformed woman! Thank you Mel and Carol for taking care of me and my complicated hair.
