Cant give a rating to the rooms or service of the actual resort staff. But the staff of the golf course is horrendous. The only decent workers there are the ones that slave away in the bottom of the hill, the ones who get your carts for you and use that machine to pick the range. The pro shop was awful, it had a grown man who appeared to be chewing dip running the counter, I also heard a rumour. Which is that these poor workers get no breaks. If that is the case then this place needs to be fined a tremendous amount.
We had our wedding at Paradise Canyon the other week. It was unbelievably nice. Brent and his team were amazing. They were able to accommodate for anything we asked or needed. They were able to mak all the food gluten free for my wife. And the lamb was amazing. I highly recommend thinking of using paradise canyon for any type of big event you may have. Thanks again guys for making our big day as stress free and amazing as it was!
Best golf course in the area by a mile. Much better tee time availability than the competitors, perfect pace of play, amazing conditions all the time. GPS carts are great. Practice facilities are the best around; range is off grass, practice bunkers, large practice green. Very friendly and welcoming staff in the pro shop. Food at the clubhouse is amazing. Would recommend this course to anyone.
Incredible greens, best I’ve played this year. Really the best overall condition of any Alberta course I’ve played this year. The GPS in the carts is helpful, only thing was the ads. Man, every time I looked at that screen for a yardage there was an ad I had to tap through. Every. Time.
Nice comfortable Condo very quiet.... was a golf tournament on so Greens busy but pool was not . However pool area had lots of Wasp and pool a Lil dirty n the Hot tub was not working . But Really decent place to visit , thanks for the stay

We aren't really golfers but looked forward to the tennis and bball. However they were in rough shape. Pool, weight room, and hot tub were great.Rooms: 5/5
The Food was delicious and the staff were amazing to work with! We just had our wedding reception there and our guests were raving about how great the food was and how nice the staff was to everyone. Delicious as usual and I'm so happy we booked with Paradise!
My Family and I recently stayed here for the Family Day long weekend. We had a bit of an issue with our upstairs neighbours, a lot of noise late at night, but when we voiced our grievance with management they went above and beyond to make up for the situation. The rooms are great! the full size kitchen makes traveling with three kids completely manageable. Clean rooms, with a washer and dryer. We have nothing but good things to stay, we will definitely be back.
Went to the Sunday brunch. View was nice with a relaxed atmosphere but the food was a huge disappointment!. The varied selection was quite good, but the cooked food must have been sitting for hours. The meat was like hard leather. We are not picky eaters and I rarely give such bad reviews I think this is the first but nothing seemed fresh. The price was a bit expensive for a brunch and we expected much better quality. It could be different for a la carte menus but we certainly won't be going back to try!
