Had reviewed some online menu only to find a very limited menu compared to the past menu. They had reduced it. We were hungry for some meals previously listed. However we had burgers and they were good, just wished they were much bigger. Had the whiskey burger and the crab ragoon and would get it again. They have a plum sauce with the crab ragoon. Used it on my fries because it was so good. Next time ill request a burger covered in it!
First time at Pappy's and I'm dang sure going back. Great food, great service, small local business. Help support them.
What a nice surprise coming here. The food and service were great. Don't judge a book by its cover.
Order two pizzas. Terribly disappointed. Ended up throwing almost a whole pizza away, and there was 8 of us.
Frozen hamburgers, frozen salmon,and milky Alfredo sauce and bagged fries from Gfs. What a waste of money. Thank you Tony A. To “ pappy”this review is from my husband and is not “ bogus”. He was very disappointed with the food as well as all but one at the table of 6. As an owner you shouldn’t be so rude to customers who are trying to be honest. I’m sorry if Tod offended you but he was shocked at the quality and price of the food. I hope you can remedy the issues and have time to reflect on your response. Ribs do NOT fall off the bone as advertised. Could barely eat them. Spent $35 just to be sorely disappointed. Staff was great. Food gets 1 star.
Terrible, over priced, not clean, owner has god complex. Eerie atmosphere. Review before mine, he is insulting a customer for buying multiple dishes from him saying she might have a tapeworm, wow. Not very respectful for a highly honored Detroit officer eh.
Great place to just relax in the middle of nowhere. Its beautiful here. The bar caught my eye. The food was delicious especially the power pie. And cheese bread. I would definitely return. Is was quite empty so it was kinda private but really nice. Great service.
Service was on point. The food was beyond what we expected. Fried cod for the Friday fish fry was perfect not Greasy in the least and full of flavor. We also had the blackened salmon one of the best versions of that dish of ever had. Highly recomend
Food and service was excellent! Stopped for dinner and we were in and out and the food was absolutely delicious!
