Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita

I give this place a 2 because the pizza is great but getting them to pick up the phone is almost impossible. Apparently they either can hire enough people, quality people or just don't care. It's a shame because I really enjoy the pizza when i can get it.

I normally don't care to make a review but i feel this one is deserved. My 3 experiences from this place; usually 30-45 minutes For delivery. Having been a GM in pizza in the past, between prep, cook, and delivery time, not that bad at all. I've ordered from my local Dominos and jets, both which have been dissatisfactory (dominoes never fills me up, jets messes up my order) but 3 times in a row as of tonight I was given a hot, fresh, delicious pizza every time, and given coupons/deals of other places I will consistently order pizza from papa romanos because I have had consistent product quality and upbeat (customer/delivery?) service 3 times in a row, something most customers can't say. I'd also like like to give kudos to management, because if those standards weren't driven and enforced, they wouldn't happen
