Any restaurant that forgets something from your order even a small item and won't refund it, won't ever get my business again. Called, was told there was nothing they could do until the manager was back in next day, called next day, sorry cant go back and reopen a ticket. So, someone is lying, don't care which end. Food isn't good enough to care this much. Also, check out the cheese bread where they smushed a bit with the sauce. This is the kind of attention to detail you can expect from here.
I need a refund wings were undercooked and pizza. Taste funny and the fries were not good. My overall report was very bad.
Horrible place. 1st order from here. & my pizza doesn’t look like a XL wasn’t even cut right at all. The pizza crust super soggy. When called to try to get this solved they said they could give me $3.00 off my next purchase. Really? Oh no horrible horrible service.
Always a great option for pizza, super-cheesy macaroni and cheese, and oversized calzones. Their prices are very reasonable and I’ve never had an issue with any orders. Grabbed takeout the other day and really enjoyed their interior updates - lots of hand-painted signs and well-laid out typography.
So disappointed in this pizza place never in my life once I ever had this happen to me . This is how I got it call them back guy said they was going make new pizza send it out smh never again I will eat here top it off dough still raw smh worst nasty pizza spot ever
Ordered from them on uber eats for a pick up and let me tell you, the wings are FIRE!! My daughter and I had the spicy wings and the garlic spicy along with the blue cheese dipping. Much more better then wings top on my opinion. I'll be definitely going back
I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place was just the cherry on top. I’m not sure if their reviews are paid for, or Chicago truly has bad taste in food. Honestly the pizza and “wings” were disgusting. If you want a cleanse, and a 2 day diarrhea, then I highly recommend “papa rays”
$11.06 cents for what you see in the picture smalls Chicken nuggets form the kids menu? I though was a mistake but the restaurant stuff didn’t care or made any effort to solve the issue. Very disappointed
Horrible staff. It was my first time ordering. Bacon and sausage pizza. Zero bacon. When I called she said the bacon was “chopped in small pieces so I can’t see them.” Rude, zero customer service. She told me to contact DoorDash for a refund. Will not be ordering again
Not that good at all. Ever ate pizza from a Chinese buffet? Yeah that’s what it tastes like no flavor. Wings were not good I was expecting some crispiness but no they were soggy and so bland. Lastly cheese fries, very soggy fries and salty cheese. To top it off, ordered for delivery and I paid cash. My total was $45 gave the man $60 and when I asked for my change the delivery guy had an attitude for asking for my change!!! Like whaat?! Insane 1st and last time ordering from here.
