Whenever we have that little extra money and have our grandchildren we usually go to papa Murphys in Toppenish. The service is fast and friendly. My wife will call in an order and it's ready in just a few minutes.Food: 5/5
very helpful and kind I wasn't sure how my brother inlaw ordered so i was inquiring if it was possible and if there was sweet chili sauce and if it could be made with meatlovers and pineapple of course it was and delicious no left overs next day so delicious the girl helping me asked if I would like more sauce added to toppings and I truly appreciated that so it was extremely good thank you so much for your service the girl was very kind and helpful and fast pizza was so good good yum!!!
They actually close at 7 even though the business verified that they are open until 8 last week. -Not friendly when they tell you when you call to order. Will not be calling again.

The female employee had 1 customer waiting for his order. She asked if I was picking up an order I said no. I asked if I could place an order she said it would about 20 to 30 minutes. I was going to wait and she told me to wait out side. I said excuse me I have to wait outside because there was a customer waiting to pickup his order. She wouldn't let me place an order. I told her I have never been treated so rudely. I told her the old manager never treated me like that. I had a face mask on. I have walked in last week and was able to purchase a pizza and wait with 2 other customers to pick up my order. I left with out placing my order and headed to Pizza Hut to place my order. I will advise family and friends to not get any pizza from this location.
Okay so tonight I give it a 3 cause before tonight service is always great. But tonight me and my brother were trying to call our order in and every time I'd get "can you just call her back"..and when we got there my brother went in and as he was ordering the cashier walked away and when he said he was just going to leave and go to Safeway the other one stepped up and said no sir I'll help you. Whoever that little girl was she was pretty snobby toward my brother and as soon as a Hispanic couple walked in she got all bright eyed and said may I help you. It made my brother mad having to wait like that and also they were not answering the phone while he was in there he asked her if they were going to answer and the girl told him with attitude "we are close to closing time" well honest the least you can do is tell them that instead of act busy just standing there. I don't know if she had a bad day or what but does not give the right to treat people that way especially working in cusromer service industry!!
This place sucks, the staff is lazy and incompetent!!! They will not take your order if its 30 minutes or 45 minutes before closing. There's more than enough time for the staff to put pizza together 30 minutes before they close. That is laziness. The staff is turning away business or the businesses money basically!!! Features: I didn't get a chance to experience the Covid-19 safety practices there because the staff turned away my business before 7:30pm....
We called in our order on our way through town. We got to the store and our order was wrong. However, the courteous staff promptly fixed their mistake. The pizza was good five meat stuffed and the price was reasonable.
