Some young dude tried to tip himself $7.. probably didn't think I'd notice ...maybe it was innocent but I doubt it. Tried to contact store for the manager and some monotone boy child answers clueless as to when or who the manager is. Glad I got my receipt. Both interactions were awkward. Makes me uneasy about who and what kind of people are preparing my food. For not being baked, this place wants a lot for a couple of pizzas. $63 for a cowboy pizza, chicken mediterranean and a garlic monkey bread that you still have to bake. I see why the store was empty now. Its good pizza, but not $63 for 2 pizzas good.Food: 4/5
The staff has always been nice and friendly over the years while using this establishment to feed my hungry family, that has not changed. They are a pleasure to deal with. what has changed is the toppings on the pizzas are about 50% of what they used to be. basically eating pizza sauce and dough nowadays. Friendly staff and management. The take and bake deep dish pizza was amazing. Cooked to perfection in 14 minutes @ 425 degrees.
Customer service was great. Now let's talk about da pizza, dough never rose pizza was flatter than a coke open for 2 days! Gonna have to say was a Lil disappointed might give it a shot again if I can't get a frozen pizza anywhere.Food: 1/5
Best Papa Murphy's we've been to. Great customer service, never a problem with special requests. Pizzas taste great. Update: In our family birthdays are special no matter what else is crashing and burning in our life, I was having a stressful day and almost forgot the time so we got here close to closing. I was really hoping I hadn't screwed up my daughter's birthday dinner, which might have been the case at so many other establishments, but not here. The very awesome lady helping me went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get my daughter what she was wanting for dinner, it was greatly appreciated. This establishment still knows how to provide great customer service, which in this day and age is a dying concept. Thank you!!
I love Papa Murphy's pizza & calzones'. Oh I can't forget the cookie dough also... What I can't comprehend is what time they close... what 8:00pm!? Come on people your a pizza joint not a pharmacy! I know if they stayed open until at least 9:00pm if not 10:00pm they would be getting at least twice the business there getting from me now... No Joke
