Ordered for Christmas eve 2022. Round cheesy bread was much flatter and less cheese. Also granddaughter said sauce was different, lumpy. She didn't like it. Ordered a pizza with a few special items changed.... I told them at least 3 times exactly what we needed. Well, nope it didn't come the way we needed it. So 1 person didn't get pizza. Good thing I made a salad. 2nd pizza was simple sausage and pep, that was the 1 good thing..... Merry Christmas. Parking always stinks.
The taste is great but was very disappointed with the quality. The pizza we got tonight didn't fully reach the edges 2 inches from edge in some places, was weirdly shaped, not circle. Sauce was super thick in some areas and non existent in others.
something is typically wrong with the pizza about 90% of the time usually it's either wrong or missing ingredients. Tonight we tried one more time and the pizza dough would not cook, it came out soggy and greasy..only two meat and 2 vegetable ingredients , clearly something wrong with the dough.
I just got to meet one of the owners of the Hugo location and he was very nice. I love seeing when owners are working a register at their own stores! The pizza was great, and the service was even better today!
Visited on Sunday morning to grab pizza for the Vikings game and they didn't have any garlic bread ready, and was told it would have been 45 minutes before they could have one ready. Staff didn't really seem to care they were out of product. I will just go over to the pizza place next door instead next time.
It’s Tuesday 10.99! Or so I thought. I was going to place my order on-line because I wanted to pay cash. Online Crustless is 10.99, but when I got to the store I was charged 17.50! Cashier said the Crustless pizzas were not included : I went back into the store with my receipt and spoke to the owner who said the same thing. After arguing my point and showing him the price on-line is 10.99. I got a refund but… Seems pretty sketchy to me! Hmm… I called a different location and yes, just as I thought, Crustless pizzas are included in the Tuesday special.
The restaurant has a cozy and intimate atmosphere that makes it perfect for a romantic dinner.
People behind the counter were fun to talk with while they made the pizza. We ordered, salad, cheesy bread, 3x pizzas, pop... Helpful and employees suggested new and different pizza's
New ownership seems solid, team was friendly and timely in their execution. Kids got tattoos, pizza was well made….we’ll be back when home made dinner seems to large a task!
Went online and placed my order at 3 pm and had it to be picked up at 5 pm. I got to the store at 5:15 and my 3 pizzas were not ready, they were busy so I could understand. I proceeded to wait for another 30 mins for my pizza to be made, meanwhile, other customers who hadn't even ordered ahead of time were getting their pizzas before me. I used to work at this location and I know for a fact it does not take more than 2-3 Mins to make any given pizza on the menu. While I was waiting multiple employees at multiple different times were yelling across the store, and into their backroom, making it very loud, and uncomfortable to be in that restaurant. At one point another customer and I looked at each other and just laughed.... Very poor and disappointing experience at this store.
