I ordered two pizzas, one family size meatlovers, one gluten free papa's favorite, and 5 cheese bread. When I went to pick it up they had made both meatlovers. I told him I ordered papa's favorite. He said let me fix that and he proceeded to put some olives, mushrooms, and onions, no peppers. I didn't say anything and just took it. When I got home I noticed that he gave me classic cheesy bread and not the 5 cheese. Won't be going back for a long time, if ever.
I asked for extra cheese on a family size pizza and I got this, this isn't even regular cheese let alone EXTRA cheese which I was charged for. I like there pizza but I feel more disappointed every time I go. It seems like there are fewer and fewer toppings on my pizza each visit and frankly if I still knew of another take and bake pizza place in town I would start going there cuz its hardly worth the money any more, when all I get is sauce and crust. So overall papa murphies you have disappointed me yet again and I don't know why I continue to expect anything else from you at this point.
Papa Murphy’s is awesome.. however this location needs some help/ training. I always order the exact same thing for my family of 5. The last 5 times the pizzas have been sad looking. And less than normal amounts of toppings. And this is just this location. Tonight was the worst. We ordered a Hawaiian stuffed crust. And there’s little chunks of chickenwhich yes, it happens but you can clearly see the chunks on it even from a quick glimps , and barely any cheese and pineapple. It looks rushed. Example below. I think I woulda been better off ordering from a competitor. I only gave them 2 stars because I did see the manager wanted sign on the door, so im guessing they have no one to keep them accountable. I’ll try again in a little bit to see if maybe they’ve stepped their game up.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. This is our second time here thinking the first was a fluke. It wasn't. The staff is unfriendly and lazy. The pizza weighed next to nothing and was barely dough and some sauce. I wanted to access my rewards and was told yet again it messes up their system if I enter my number. No other help with this. Just wanted me to clearly order and get out since I seemed to be an inconvenient interruption to their socializing and cell phones which is what was going on when I got there. Was told my pizza if you can call it that would be at the end of the counter when I came back. Wow! That will be my last time "coming back" to this place.
Quick, made to order pizzas to take home to bake when ready. Friendly and efficient staff. The pizzas I ordered the other night were exceptionally delicious and they got our customizations right. Vegetarian options: There is a veggie pizza or you can select the veggies you want Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free crust or no crust
In general, we adore Papa Murphy's Pizza. However, we are exceedingly underwhelmed by this specific location. They do not use the standard scoopers for measuring toppings. Employees "measure" with their hands. Every time, the pizza toppings are ridiculously light. On tonight's pizza, I counted12 pepperoni slices and 14 olive slices on a family size pizza. Another consistent issue is when we order signature pizzas. We prefer our onions and tomato on the side. We put them on the pizza after we cook it. And even though these toppings already come with the pizza Onions -- Combination; Onions/tomatoes -- Chicago, they charge us for these toppings ON TOP of the pizza price. We speak up every time, yet it happens every time again still. I simply do not believe this is happening accidentally at this point. Again, we LOVE Papa Murphy's as a whole. But we are just disappointed and done with this location at this point. This is most unfortunate.
Their pizzas are always great! However, their online system stinks. I ordered 5 pizzas at 8 in the morning for a party at 1:00. Scheduled to pick them up at 11:45 so they would be hot out of the oven. Showed up to pick them up and the store didn't have the order. After 10 minutes or more on the phone with the owner, the manager and he figured out the online ordering system took the order, took my money and left! The manger is the reason I will come back. She turned a bad situation into a good one. Thank you! However, avoid the online ordering system like the plague if you don't want the hassle.
This place is getting four stars for never messing up my orders. The pizza is always good, unless you happen to burn it in your oven. And they accept Foodstamps which is a plus for most of us. Emmett may have reached it's quota on pizza places, but this is definitely one of the good ones. Easy pick up when you are done shopping at Albertsons.
I ordered 2 family sized pepperoni and sausage and 2 family size signature veggies. I received 4 pizzas with toppings enough for sm. pizzas. The veggie didn't have onions, spinach or mushrooms on it at all!! Upsetting to say the least, we've always bought our pizzas here and were always very pleased. I hope this isn't the new norm for them, otherwise we'll be getting pizza somewhere else.
