This location is always clean, orders are ready very quickly and staff is usually very nice! Pizza is good and very easy to make. Just wish prices were a little less and miss the $5 pizza deal they used to offer on Tuesdays.Food: 4/5
They discriminate against people with food allergies on Tuesday 10.99$ pizzas and charge the gluten free at regular price. They just started doing that.... I usually get one regular pizza for the kids and a gluten free for me...now because they are so needy of the 4 dollars more for the gluten free...they lost ALL my business and now lose more than 4 $ a week from me! Their loss.....
Very friendly and happy staff. The staff seemed to actually be happy to be at work. My local store was closed today due to inclement weather so I called in an order on my way to Baraboo to run some errands. Over the phone ordering was quick I get the same thing every time so I have it memorized. When I got there they had my order ready on the dot and made sure I got my visits for the rewards program. I have to go to baraboo almost every week so I might consider stopping here instead of at home for an order from now on.
Staff were so friendly and very efficient! We had a huge order for a party and they we're so great! Dietary restrictions: My niece is lactose intolerant and their dairy free option is great for her sensitive tummy!
Only 1 person working around dinner time. Was struggling to use the computer. Didn’t know the specials, and wasn’t charging correctly. Took a while for my order to be done with other customers in the store. The phone kept ringing and she didn’t answer it. Terrible service today!
When I walked in, I was asked if had pre-ordered. When I sad that I had not, the male rolled his eyes. I started to place my order for 4 pizzas. When I got to the 3rd one, that same male started grumbling about orders of 3 or more pizzas should have to pre order. He did this as he walked behind the girl taking my order. I asked the girl if he liked his joband she said that he was stressed. My response was that he was being extremely unprofessional.
Apparently if you show up 9 minutes before they close they will inform you that they close in 9 minutes and will not prepare you an uncooked pizza.
Shop was clean, staff was great, but ended up with food poisoning from eating the chicken bacon artichoke pizza. We don't eat out often and this was the only thing I ate that was out of the norm for me.
I ordered online & when I got there to pick up my order, it wasn't there. I stood there and no one bothered to help me for about 5 min. Then when I did get asked what I was there for, they had lost my order. I had my husband email me the online order details & then they made my 2 pizzas. They did apologize, but never offered anything for the mistake.
It was a negative experience! They'd made regular crust instead of GF, then re-made but took over a Half-hour to get them "done", but didn't offer any compensation plus after we baked and ate them the toppings were skimpy and didn't taste very good. The staff were all cranky faced, as though they couldn't stand each other. There was one dark haired young woman that was pleasant, the rest NOT! We've never had this bad pizza from Papa Murphy's ever!
