If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered garlic knots from this Papa Johns location and drove 20 minutes out to get it since it's a bit late, but I've never been met with poorer quality food in all my life. In the photos I've posted you can see that for some reason there is burnt melted cheese on them garlic knots don't come with cheese and the presentation was atrocious! They weren't even twisted in knots they were more like balled up strings of dough. The worst part is that they were completely raw and inedible. Ripping them appart was like playing with play dough and it was so nasty that my boyfriend and I both felt sick after. What a waste of $10! Will not order from here ever again!nnUPDATE:nI was contacted by store management and they gave us a credit towards the garlic knots and supposedly spoke to their staff members about quality checks on the food before it's sent out. Would've preferred a refund but anything is better than nothing I guess.
Worst customer service EVER! They messed my order then made me drive 10 mins back to the store to return it. Made it sound like it was my fault they messed up then were rude, when I told her there was less wings in the box than I had ordered she touched my food with her dirty fingers. Completely rude to the point I left with less food than I paid for that had been touched by the employees dirty hands after I explicitly asked her not to touch the food as her hands were dirty. I would give a negative 20 stars if I could.nUpdate: Manager called me, he offered to cover replacement order and apologized, went in and got the same female employee who again had attitude and horrible customer. He had requested I take the review down however given the service when I went in again, I would have given a very similar review.nOver all the store is not bad however employees have way too much attitude for no reason. This location definitely needs to work on their customer service. I do appreciate the manager/owner apologizing, however don’t appreciate employee’s attitude.
little disappointed, haven't ordered from you in a long time due to an issue.. decided to give you an other shot.nnordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and what I got was definitely not extra.. supposed to have sausage too. I see 1 little peice.. out of 3 slices 1 tiny sausage peice and hardly any Peperoni.
It’s a first time we ordered pizza from papa John’s though skip the dishes for dinner, worst pizza ever, we asked for ranch based and well done, instead what we received was regular sauce based and even the sauce was not fully cooked ...let’s not talk about pizza . Sauce was dripping from pizza “Terrific experience”. Moreover I don’t know why someone put the dipping sauce within the box beside 400’ degrees pizza.... both the dipping sauces melted and oil was separated in it until the pizza got deliver to us. Pizza tasted so bad. We had to threw away the pizza and dippings and kids went sleep hungry!
I purchase pizzas for lunch on Mondays half price special from this location... for my 3 children in virtual learning classes at home. Honestly, they're great quality pizzas, with generously sprinkled fresh toppings and a delicious hand tossed crust. We love the included peppers and their branded garlic dip. This is reviewed from a true pizza connoisseur, who has sampled pizza from around the world. In comparison to to Pizza Nova, Pizza Pizza or other large pizza chains, this pie really stands out for us. Friendly service tops off the entire experience nicely!
