I have ordered from this place multiple times, both on UberEats and through their official website. Pizza is hot n fresh. Delivered on acceptable times. UberEats is the best route if you want FASTEST delivery. The only problem I have with this location from other Papa John's locations are the portion sizes and toppings. I have ordered medium and large size pizzas, and they are much smaller in size compared to all other locations. If I order a medium, it looks like the size between a small and medium. If I order a large, it looks like a size between medium and large. The pizza itself is smaller, and thinner. I ordered non extra toppings/extra toppings. I never saw the difference. Every single pizza ordered has had TOO MUCH CRUST, and less pizza. This is probably the biggest problem I would immediately point out. Looking at the reviews, it seems something has changed in the past year or two. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Feb.5.2023 I have ordered three times since my last review, I will say that the quality of the pizza is better? I enjoyed them very much! There is less crust to pizza ratio now and it seems to be normal portions. There is however, a new problem. I have ordered the buffalo chicken wings, and the wings had very little, to no sauce on them. This is extremely different from other Papa John's locations as they all have it covered and slightly baked so the sauce is more marinated in with the meat.
Can't say much regarding the atmosphere because we always order in, but their pizza is really delicious. Ample amount of veggies and cooked well. Always.Food: 5/5
This gave me diarrhea next day. One of the boxes look like the pizza was there entire day and just reheated, was very dry and crispy... Two boxes of butter chicken tasted absolutely terrible. Very sweet... First time ordering from Uber eats. Not worth $90 including delivery cost. Save your money.
The pizza just tastes to bland. I know locations save money by storing the remaining dough for the next day for sale. I feel like this location is not honest.
They have no idea what butter chicken taste like absolutely none I walked in the store there is a bunch of people that look like they bleed butter chicken working behind the counter and none of them know what butter chicken taste like that absolutely blows me away maybe they should go to Fresh Slice and buy a butter chicken pizza and they'll get close to the taste of butter chicken but just because you put chicken with onions on a pizza doesn't make it butter chicken you guys are so far away from the butter chicken taste it isn't even funny
Got a lunch order on Mon. The pizzas were delicious. But the lady working there needs to learn how to put on a mask if they are sick. She placed our order and started making them while coughing with no mask on. Now 2 days later I’m sick and coughing!! Not a good first time experience.
Garbage place has gone so downhill now. Such slow service. Ordered online for take out and it showed 7:00 pickup but I'm getting my order at 7:35.Food: 1/5
Called to place an order for 2 pizzas. Was told to hold and then when the person on the line was taking my order decided to hang up on me. When they called back it didn't show on my caller ID and they expected me to know it was them. Just a "hello" nothing else. Maybe try saying something like Hi I am John/Jane calling from Papa Johns Pizza I'm sorry the line got disconnected can i complete your order. Or maybe that is just providing to much customer service for them. To carry on I placed the order and the lady I was dealing with repeated everything back to me and I confirmed everything to be correct. When the pizza was picked up didn't think much just paid and came home to find out that both pizzas were completely something else. How is that even possible to confirm someone's order twice and still get it wrong. I wont say the pizza tasted bad. Just this company could work on their customer service skills a little more.
Ordered pizza tonight from Papa Johns. Was told when I placed the order that it was going to be an hour to an hour 15 for the order as the weather is bad and they are busy. I was ok with that. At the hour and a half mark when my order still hadn’t arrived I called and was told it would be another 15 minutes. 2 hours for pizza is a bit much considering we live a very short distance away. I should have picked it up.
Paid for extra cheese and received almost no cheese on my pizza. Will never be back to this location.
