Been going here for a little under a year now ! They have great tasting pizza the best in Leduc in our opinion! However what stands out more then the taste of the perfectly made thin but not too thin saucy cheesy goodness is the service ! ADELE in particular is so kind and generous she also remembers us and what we like the little things is what she doesn’t fail to remember also this one time I was short as I left the house in a hurry with my babies crying and only had some cash on me not enough and forgot my wallet on the kitchen counter instead of going back home ADELE offered to pay the difference I couldn’t accept it but she made me and honestly the nicest best gesture ever! If only the world had more Adele’s in it!!! Thank you
Our family has enjoyed Papa John's pizzas in Kelowna and also, Grande Prairie, on several occasions. Unfortunately, the Leduc location was NOT good. Recently ordered two veggie pizzas for pick-up, both were tasteless. Toppings were very skimpy had paid for extra toppings too and seemed like no seasoning at all. They looked and tasted VERY different from the other locations, so no consistency in terms of a quality product. Worst of all, wife and I both felt ill a couple of hours after eating some of each of these pizzas. We had eaten nothing else for hours previously, so this was obviously the cause. Plus $50 "down the drain" as we had no interest in finishing them after that. The cook at this location didn't look hygienic either with a big, bushy beard and not even a net on. A real turn off too. Contacted their head office about this experience but no reply several days later. That will be the end of trying Papa John's anywhere, if that is how little they care about customers.
Best pizza in Leduc in my opinion. Always hot and fresh and they put the pepperonis ON TOP of the cheese which is proper! Also very kind and quick to fix any mistakes we appreciate their customer service
Four years ago I posted that the pizza was average. A 3/5. We've started trying their pizza again and it's been great. Today the customer service was top notch and the pizza was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!!Food: 5/5
Tasteless pizza, not as expected compared to other Papa John locations I have tried in the past. Not recommended.
Worst pizza place ever. I don’t recommend this place ever. There are other pizza places in town way better than this.
Worst experience. Tasteless pizza and chicken bites doesn’t even had chicken in them. It was just dough.
Both guys working were super nice, accommodating and the food was excellent. Papa Johns is always my go to pizza place, and this location reinforced my opinion. Best pizza for a chain store you can find. Thanks guys for working late on a Sunday night to make sure people are fed! Truly a service to the community.
Worst place to ever visit, i find hairs in my Pizza. Sick people. Not recommended.
The quality of your food was so cheap it was incredible experience I will suggest everyone not to visit u again
