Papa John's Pizza

Worst customer service! I walked in there to a room full of people waiting who were never acknowledge and some had been waiting there for almost 30 mins. I ordered our pizzas online earlier in the day to have them ready at 5:15 pm. When I finally was asked about my order at 5:30, They told me it hadn't been ready and would take another 45 mins to an hour! I angrily cancelled my order and went to Dominoes where they were happy to get an order in for me quickly when I told them the zoo that was Papa John's and even gave us a discount for the troubles that we incurred at Papa John's!

Fantastic! Great pizza, glad to have Papa Johns now in my neighborhood. I found their kitchen clean, good and prompt service, didn't take long at all.

Unbelievable customer service! Our first experience with the new High River's Papa John's was only "so-so" and...believing that customer feedback is important to businesses - I told them via a customer survey. I truly never expected to hear back from them. Not only did we hear back but they thanked us for our feedback and then they said the next pizza was on them. We took them up on that offer tonight and we were so impressed - both with their customer service and their quality of food; tonight's pizza was fantastic. We highly recommend High River's Papa John's!

Friendly, awesome staff, great pizza, fast delivery. Everything you want from a pizza place! Plus you're not going to empty your wallet to feed your family here! Everyone behind that counter always has a beaming smile, they're always happy to help answer any questions you might have about your order!
