Papa John's Pizza

Ordered ahead for store pickup. Waited until my order was ready to be picked up to go to the store, upon arrival I noticed a gentleman who said he had been waiting for a long time. I told him I already ordered my food online. I waited atleast 10 MINUTES for my order that was already prepared, the box was sitting behind the counter so I wasn't able to easily access it. Not once was I greeted nor helped and there was a lady with glasses who was just aimlessly walking around the store not noticeably doing anything, so I went behind the counter grabbed my box and left. TERRIBLE service which sucks because papa John's is my favorite pizza franchise.

Not a huge fan of pan crust at all but the thin crust pepperoni was awesome so were cheese sticks. Sadly even Pizza Hut pan isn’t good anymore. I think it’s just a 90s thing. Nostalgia. Maybe there’s like a scented candle somewhere. Pan is over. But your pizza is great overall.

Worst service I’ve ever had asked for a time estimate did not give it to me. Left food outside for an hour plus without letting me know. Never order from this Papa John’s

Wrong crust, meat and how it was cut on pizza. The cutting I'm not too concerned about but three things wrong on the Pizza. Paid for original crust but instead got flat or whatever else is an option. Wanted spicy sausage and just got sausage.

Guy on the phone was rude and service was horrible. Never let us know when food arrived.
