Had a late night looked up Papa John's on the internet and it stated they were open until 3:00 am. Ordered online at 2:00 am. Received a voicemail from the manager saying they are closed and would be cancelling my order. Tried to call back just to state they need to change their website. He answered the phone, Papa John's we are closed and hung up. Tried again and this time stopped him and tried to explain the situation amd he hung up. First off...check your hours on your website, secondly don't be so rude to the customers.

Delivery has been very prompt for the most part, orders placed were accurately made. Will order again.

I order online to be delivered after waiting more then an hour for my pizza to be delivered I called and was told they tried to deliver and went back. I was sitting out side waiting.

If you say 35 minutes, at least try to have the pizza ready in an hour. SLOW!
