Papa John's Pizza

We used to order from this location every weekend and it was consistently fresh and well made 100% of the time. This was over the course of about a year or so. I'm not sure if there's been a change in staff/ownership/store policy, however the quality has gone significantly downhill over the past few months to the point where we are always disappointed with our order. Examples just from our most recent order include: dry overbaked garlic knots, pizza that in the past would have thick fluffy crust was flat and deflated, pizza was cold, wings only had sauce on about half the order, each slice of the BBQ chicken pizza had maybe 1 or 2 pieces of chicken. We've been going back from time to time hoping to get the same quality we had been accustomed to previously; unfortunately that's clearly not going to happen anymore so we'll be ordering from somewhere else moving forward.

i originally placed an order for pizza online to my acreage and it went through fine. about an hour later got a call from papa johns and they proceeded to say they couldn’t find my house and they have never been out here. i was fine until the gentleman on the phone started getting rude and told the other employees i was a kid who didn’t know where i lived and hung up. we called back to the papa johns office and talked to a lady and tired to explain where we lived so they could deliver it. we stayed on the phone just for her to tell us they couldn’t deliver and we canceled our order. i am not happy with the customer service i received and with papa johns being my favourite pizza place, i am disappointed.

Had the Pan with Ham & Pepperoni with extra cheese. Obviously no extra cheese and on one slice there was one cube of ham and one slice of pepperoni. Not there best effort.

Love their food, only ever had one bad experience with delivery time but our delivery guy today was amazing, super quick, polite and friendly! Highly recommend!

We usually order from Papa John's every Friday, it was our favorite pizza place. However I preordered my pizza at 3:30pm to be delivered by 5:00pm( as I do every friday). By 5:30 Still no pizza, tried to call the location only to get a "the person u are calling is unavailable at this time, try again later message). By 5:50pm I had enough and ordered from pizza 73. Delivery guy shows up, we declined the pizza and he told us that they have a 120min delivery policy. Are u kidding me 2 hours delivery policy. I will NOT be using this pizza place again.
