Papa John's Pizza

Crust and garlic knots were over cooked and some areas were burnt. We lived quite a bit away so we just wasted the pie. I've eaten at Papa John's before and the crust was much better.

I am so mad.. I am out of state and I drive a truck. And I have called 4 other pizza places today. Not one will delivery to me... They are only 6-10 miles from me.... Just because I am at a truck stop... I see how you treat people..

I order Papa John's once a week I get a large get large ham and pineapple and brownies im from Florida and I've not seen a Papa John's in 5 years and finally found one half a mile from my house I'm so glad that my favorite pizza place is in Ohio

Called to order, but took too long to come back from being on hold. I waited over 20 mins the 1st time calling n 10 mins the 2nd before I got my pizza elsewhere.

I ordered 7 large pizzas a couple Saturdays ago and order frequently on Saturdays and they wanted to charge ten cents for each crushed red pepper packs. Terrible customer service!

Me and my wife ordered a couple pizzas from here the other nite and first of all we ordered 2 large pizzas and a couple side things 2 go with them and after waiting almost a hour and a half the rude driver finally showed up and gave me our stuff and then we opened the first box the pizza was mashed all 2 peices and the second had the wrong toppings on it and our side stuff was not even in the bag and the worst thing is the large pizzas we were supposed 2 get we got mediums and so i called the store and got some rude punk and he tried 2 tell me the larges and mediums were the same size just cut differently so after several min i told him look just bring all my money back and also the tip and he could have his junk so plz if u are hungry and looking for a good pizza around and dont mind going out for it mancinos is awesome but if you need delivery pizza hut was very good and curtious thx

Don't order online. EVERY time they have had to redo the order. Staff is very friendly and they do make amends. But most people usually order food when they want to eat...

This is actually my favorite pizza. I love the garlic butter dipping sauce for the crust.

The pizza is terrible and the cheese bread was okay would only recommend if your starving

Possibly the worst pizza I've ever had.
