First time going. Food was hot and tasted good. Prices where also good. Returned because first experience was good. But this time it wasn't as good. The pizza was not the one I ordered called and they said next order I can get the pizza we ordered free the chicken this time did not have the parmesan on it, like ordered. The pizza we did get was thin crust and cols. This time was not happy. Hoping it was just due to who was working tonight.
That's off of two pieces of pizza bro what is this, and we asked for regular sauce we literally got soupizza, I'd order elsewhere or don't order at 5pm I didn't want pasta I wanted pizza!!!!
So glad they’re back in town! My personal favorites are the garlic Parmesan wings and the cinnamon pull-apart.
I ordered from Doordash this evening and did not get what I ordered. I had asked for a no sauce pizza because I cannot eat tomato sauce due to the high sodium. They also did not provide the extra sauce cups I ordered. When I called to speak with the manager, Justin, the person I spoke with, admitted he knew he had made a mistake yet sent the pizza anyway and that he couldn't remake the order because it was done through Doordash. Really, if you're going to admit to me verbally over the phone that you made a mistake and then not do anything to fix it, I am sorry that is the worst customer service ever. I will NOT be going to Papa John's again.
such a great place to eat!! everyone is so kind and friendly. they work with you when you don’t understand something and work through it. Atmosphere is a 10/10. Customer service is a 10/10. Workers are a 10/10. they’re all just so efficient and know what they’re doing. Love love love the environment. Don’t even get me started on the food. It’s some of the best pizza i’ve ever had. They really know what they’re doing! If you want something fast and that tastes good totally go here !!!
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. I haven't ordered from this location in a while and wanted to try it again for old times sake. BIG MISTAKE. I was unaware until they got here that they apparently stopped using real drivers and instead gon to doordash drivers. So what I get is an hour late, ice cold order with the wrong sides and the money I thought would be going to an underpaid pizza worker for a tip instead is stolen by an incompetent dasher who in all honesty doesn't deserve that tip. Save your self the headache and order local. Constantly and Checkmate at least know what's best for business.
Extremely rude staff, undercooked pizza, and no money back. Knew I should've gone to dominoes they always get it right. Made pizzas for 5 years, im pretty sure I can tell the difference between raw dough and cheese. Won't be back.
The gentleman that checked me out when I arrived was less than nice. He slammed the cash register drawer TWICE, and then walked away......I had to pull the receipt off of the dispenser myself as it wasn't offered to me. When we left and got back to eat, we discovered that the dipping sauce was OPEN, and leaked all over the box, as well as my drink being expired. DISGUSTING. There were also several flies buzzing around the inside. I WOULD NOT EAT HERE.
Ordered on the app, used my Papa rewards and was looking forward to eating the food I ordered, only to be disgusted and disappointed in what I witnessed while waiting for my order outside. The employees weren't wearing any mask, gloves, or taking any health precautions during this pandemic. I seen cross contamination everywhere. One employee was eating pizza, wiped her mouth then the counter and went back to working on people's orders! I also seen other health issues with workers, I didn't like anything about what I seen and drove off leaving my Papa rewards behind. I got a call 2 and half hours later asking if I was coming to pick up my order? I said no, and addressed my concerns of what I seen taking place while waiting. She told me that yes, the employee wasn't too sanitary around or with the food! Omg, just what I needed to hear, that confirms my experience! I ask then why is she working with food? She said there was no management on duty at the time. She also said she would have her manager call me, been 2 days and no phone call. If you value your health over pizza made from employees who take no health concerns or precautions while making your food, then keep ordering from this location! I will be stopping by in person to speak with the owner/manager. He has always been at location every time I picked up my food. This time, 5 employees that cared less about preparing food safely....Do not order from this location until owner gets employees under control!
Not bad, meat lovers was strange with a slice of bacon across the top. The cheese was not great three of us all thought the same thing. We ordered a cookie and it had a smell and taste of cardboard. I won't be eating here again however this pizza would make good drunk pizza.
