Have an issue ordering from here probably 4/5 times I order. You'd think I'd learn. This time it was ordering NO CONTACT delivery in which the driver told me I had to sign the receipt and would not just drop the food off.... like they're supposed to. This the first time this has ever happened. Called the store and they said they wouldn't do anything for me. No compensation, no credit, no resolve at all. THEN I ACTUALLY LOOK AT MY FOOD. Burnt garlic knots, cold pizza, and forgot EVERY SAUCE I ORDERED. Pizza not even cut through all the way and looks like a child cut the pizza, and supposed to be NY style, the big slices. No point in calling up there again as I'm sure they won't do anything for it yet again. Such bad customer service! Also started off with a phone call saying they were out of every pop flavor I ordered. Wow. Get it together! Also, no question about it, everything should've been refunded. So Corey, that's what you could do for me instead of making excuses and saying you can't do anything. You're the manager.
Kendra was amazing! Very nice , respectful, professional! Fast at the order! Everything was perfect!!! She is very stunning, loved them quick talk, I’m hoping to run into her again soon!!! She made my week!!!! Thank you kendra and papa John’s crew for the amazing food!!!
Ordered a three topping large thin crust pizza with meatball pepperoni and sausage. Ordering was easy online, somewhat reasonably priced, and delivery was fairly quick. The pizza was hot and fresh and the order was correct.
Do not do delivery. Never. I’ve done pick up many times before— good pizza. No problem. It’s my closest place. Tonight, I called at 5:45, placed order for delivery. Quick and easy. Was told 25 minutes to delivery. At 6:50 I called back and the auto-machine now said it was only 39 minutes ?!! until my delivery. I called back again and got a person who said “MAYIPUTYOUONHOLD” and immediately placed me on hold for 40 minutes. I hung up and called back. They tried to do it again but I said “NO NO NO NO” while she was talking and said “IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY PIZZA FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS AND CANT TALK TO ANYONE.” She still put me on hold. She came back after maybe 15 seconds and said the delivery person had just left. I explained ALL of the above. She had a pretty monotone voice and said “sorry, we’ve been kind of busy tonight” and hung up. Wow. Edit: the pizza arrived cold, with about half the amount of the normal cheese, and not sliced** at all. I literally lifted the entire thing out of the box with two fingers. Also, evidently someone at corporate saw this review because I got a mailer apologizing for “my recent experience” not being up to their standards. I appreciate that, and I will use the coupons at a different store. I do like papa Johns, but I’m leaving the rating the same because 1 it is for this store, 2 it is a pervasive problem, and 3 it was not addressed by the particular store actually the entire interaction with the store was really bad. **Edit2: I’m realizing after reviewing my pic that the lack of slicing could have been because it was the “jack o lantern” special so they didn’t want to mess up the face.
I ordered a pizza for delivery. Next, I end up getting a text saying it’s ready for pickup. I called the store to ask them can they deliver it as stated on my order. The manager was RUDE. Straight up lied and said someone picked up my order, I assured her that couldn’t be true because we were waiting for the order. She then goes on to over talk me, in a very condescending tone, and hung up on me without even discussing my refund. I called back and she screened the call and told me she said what she said. I could not believe this as it was happening so I called back and just asked for a refund and also for her name. The guy in the phone said he’s not giving out names and I can look up their 1-800 number and ask them. Horrible experience, will never order here again.
Saw worker handling the doe without wearing gloves & putting the topping on the pizza. After seeing that i didnt go inside to pick our order & its nothing personal its just because of covid19 also still spreading around minnesota i cant take the risk of being sick, even tho i been vaccinated, i got no spleen to protect my body from the virus
I didn’t get what I purchased completely. My boyfriend dose not eat pork so I paid for pineapple on whole pizza and pepperoni on one half and beef for him since he don’t eat pork. When I called i waited on hold for over 25 mins no answer so I hung up but I would like to be refunded
Food was pretty good, good portions... but this store was lacking in customer service, I ordered from here at a friend's house. So I kindly give the address and apartment number, along with a telephone number and email incase of the unfortunate not being able too access the building. For reference, I do not live in this building that I ordered too. I live multiple hours away with only two people knowing my full name in this building. Anyway the app had the pizza tracker, so we could watch when the pizza was close. .... after an hour I called the store and the manager tells me that she was there and waiting. And might have left. So my friend ran down stairs, and I came down minutes after, only too find out the driver wasn't here. Oh shoot. Happens all the time? No big deal right? Oh boy was I wrong. The driver had given the pizza too another person, after not being able too reach us, as they some how got the wrong number... not did they Ring the apartment number that goes right too my friends phone.... so we had too call the store. And Tha kfully the store Manager remade the food and we went and picked it up. Which too like 20 min. Not horrible, but for the fun added. The app said it would take 69-99min ... what the world. And they even still charged me for delivery. ... will never order from them again. The only positive was the manager who fixed everything.
Ordered this on a Sunday afternoon before the vikes game and it was delicious. Made my order and within 20 mins it was at my door. Food was made nicely and everything was there. If all pizza places had this fast of delivery and correctly made they would all be good. This one made my day for the game and I’m happy with my order
I really enjoy their pizza and boneless chicken! Ordering via website or app is awesome giving younthe status of your order. When they are busy, if possible, do carry out rather than delivery. You'll get your food much faster, fresher, and save a few bucks.
