Walked inside to place an order, they said “we don’t place orders you have to call” and then I stood outside and called a call center to have them place the order…. What a waste of energy, took 10 minutes to place the order and say no 10 times for their add-ons, and then I don’t even get confirmation on when my order is done

Pizza was delivered promptly and it was hot when it arrived. The driver was friendly. The order was correct. The pizza tasted like authentic Papa Johns.

I had a credit from a previous order and they really took care of me! I couldn't find my confirmation email that said my name and number were valid, but they still honored it. This was my son's first sleep over with all his buddies and the food was hot and delicious. Thank you for making things right and making a great memory.
Of all the national pizza chains, Papa John's is clearly the best, in no small part because their pizza sauce is slightly sweeter and certainly tastier than that from competitors. The online app also simplifies the ordering process, of course.
