I ordered a thin crust buffalo chicken pizza online. I tried to explain to them that it was regular crust and not thin, but apparently their online people can't talk to the store directly. I usually order 30 to 60$ of food every time I order. If that's the way they treat customers, I guess I can go somewhere else.
Ordered and it got delivered to another address by accident. The service was great when I called, and they sent out a new fresh order right away. Delivery Driver was great as well!
Never ate at this location. Stoped in to place a to go order. Was told 20 minutes and was 20 min on the dot. Employees were smiling and helpful. The lady that took my order was fantastic remember my name and greeted with it. Best Papa Johns experience I have had in the state of MN
John’s favorite is my guilty pleasure. Also, the woman who took my call just now at the Forest Lake location was absolutely great. She’s the reason I decided to stick with Papa John’s tonight after finding out they no longer offer the VIKESWIN deal. Nice job!
Pizza had a hair baked in. I left it and called right away for someone to stick me on hold for 10 minutes and 40 seconds. I then hung up and called right back to be helped. Manager seem to feel I was lying or telling a story when there is 3 adults here and a pizza with a hair baked into it.

This place is amazing, but you'll love it even more if you download the Papa John's pizza app since you get rewarded for buying pizza, sodas, and more importantly... DESSERTS! Aside from that, they are pretty quick when it comes to delivery.
Ordered a pizza and boneless chicken wings. Was told 27-37 minutes. Pizza didn't show up until well over an hour. It's never good when you have to microwave your pizza fresh out of the box!
