If I could give a zero I would. Call store when food had not arrived at 07:50 pm. , was told it was leaving would be there in 10 mins. At 08:05 it never showed. At 08: 40 it shows  up which means it was an hour half old. I would never recommend ordering anything from them. I turn the person away by.

Unreal.... using door dash for there delivery drivers now. Took over an hour to get here. Pizza wasn't even warm. Manager offered a free pizza I said no thank you. NEVER AGAIN

Always a good fresh pie from my experience. Using the app is easier for customization. Ask for your receipts so you can redeem you 'papa's  rewards'.  Vegetarian options: Gluten free crust, and veggie pizzas if you have true dietary restrictions ask how they can truly accommodate your needs!  Parking: Lot is small but plenty of parking across either street within 2 min. Cross of the street if that includes wait time for traffic. It&#39;s downtown Medina, know what to expect!

I will never order from the medina Papa John’s ever again. Twice now they have ruined my orders. I ordered from them last night they messed it up they said they were going to fix it tonight and the food was cold and stale and the wings were soggy and gross I can’t explain enough how gross the food really was. Not to mention the manager on duty when I called was so rude. I am absolutely done with this place and I highly recommend that you order from Master pizza or dominoes or Pizza Hut literally any other pizza place is better than the Medina Papa John’s

Reliable service both pickup and delivery.  The food is always consistent, and their online order system is easy to use.  The timing has always been spot on, but their parking lot can be difficult any time of day.  Still good for a quick dinner or serving at a get together.

I ordered a BBQ pizza with no onions. They made it with onions. I took it back to ask blad guy if I could get remade and they just gave me back the same pizza with onions on it. I paid almost 40.00 for nothing! Very disappointed because I loved their pizza but I won't be back after this.

Ordered delivery.. at 8pm... was told it would arrive at 8:30pm..... called around 8:51 when no pizza has arrived...  Told me that it was in the warmer still and doordash still hasn't picked up yet... but said will be at my place in 20 min .... waited till 9:20 called again no pizza... door dash just picked it up.. said I didn't want it since it sat in the warmer forever.... all they could say was sorry...

Wont deliver a pizza 5 miles away 13 minute drive via GPS Their competitors are willing to deliver but they wont. Usually enjoy the pizza but when im told its not worth the money to deliver a pizza to me, you wont get my families business.

I was so disappointed with the delivery service they provides . I ordered the pizza around 6:20 pm and lady told me will be delivered 7:30 pm. I took the lunch  break at 7:30 pm but the pizza didn’t show up and called them and  the manager  said it’s gonna deliver momentarily and don’t know when they gonna be here and cannot tell delivery person to contact the customer. My question is how the hell I know when the delivery person arrive?… this was so bad. Am very disappointed. Don’t recommend and never gonna order from them.

They gave the wrong pizza and didn't honor a credit when calling back.
