Pizza looked good but we noticed that the guy making the pizza dough wasn't wearing gloves and we saw him grab his phone that was in a bin and start texting. Masks were on but they should be wearing gloves and not touching anything but the dough if that's what's being worked on.
Papa Johns is my sons favorite so we order but the last few times, the pizza is cold and not “well done” like we ask and they forgot the extra dipping sauces we ordered. Once, I get that but the last 3 times? I never complain but I don’t like getting cold pizza and incomplete orders. There has been a decline in the past few months.
After over a decade of enjoying Papa Johns’ pizza and great customer service, I will be changing pizza companies. 2 hours to have a pizza delivered after the order details say 35 minutes. Then, the pizza is of course not warm by that time. This happened on multiple occasions. Absolutely terrible. Hello Dominos!

I have always loved Papa John's but was highly disappointed in my latest pizza. I ordered extra cheese but hardly got any cheese at all. The pizza was mostly sauce and very light on the toppings. Very disappointed!
Took over an hour and a half to get to my house. They didn’t even knock or ring my door bell once they dropped it off outside my door. JERKS
