We had an issue with another vendor not completing an order for our shop and I now had no food for our team. I called Papa Gino's hoping they would be able to help us out. Not only did they help us out, they were able to get it done in an hour on a very busy day. We have ordered from them in the past and have always had an excellent experience. The food is hot and delicious every time. Kudos to you all and thanks for helping us out in a jam!!! You are so appreciated!!!
They just remodeled this location and it looks brand new. Service is amazing and the people there go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your order. Definitely a great establishment and delicious food.
My chicken Vermonter was perfect! This is the second busiest store within the company so you might have to wait a little longer for your food. I promise it’s well worth it though! Keith, Jay, Jenna & team - keep up the amazing work.
I decided to eat here because my wife and i used to eat at Papa Gino's in Burlington, Vermont many years ago. I'm glad I did the Super Veggie pizza was very good. I got banana peppers instead of mushrooms. There is a picture of it below. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that some of the tables had not been cleaned and the bathroom wasn't very good either.
We are around the corner from PaPa Gino’s and waited almost an hour and a half for our order. We called to see if it was held up. We were told they hadn’t left yet! She said it should be another 20 minutes and it was. The order arrived ice cold. The cheeseburger that was ordered with lettuce, tomato and pickles was just a small burger cut to fit the sub roll. It was all very disappointing. We won’t be ordering from them again any time soon.

I met with my kids and their kids at this restaurant to hang out for a couple hours with my grandchildren. They let us move tables around in the lower dining area to accommodate our large party of 12. The food was good. The staff was very nice. The bathrooms weren't perfect. But they weren't awful either. We have eaten at this location in the past with similar experiences each time. It was an excellent dining experience. Thank you to the team that was there this afternoon. you rock!
Terribly rude male employee working here that likes to belittle and scream at 70 year old woman. Not professional at all. Will not order here ever again.
This review is from my son: The food is great! Customer service was also amazing! The bathrooms were very clean! The pricing was expensive, but good food comes with a big price!
Be better at letting customers know where to pick up there drinks with a pick up order .
