Placed order, came in and i am being told to wait another 40 minutes? Whoever owns this, you need to look at your operation. There was a line of ~10 people, and there were 3 workers not moving at all. Not sure if training is needed, or you need a regional manager to stand here and monitor this place. Look at my other reviews, i am not a complainer. Another gentleman was left on the phone for 20 minutes on hold and he came in with the phone still on hold. Multiple people walked out. I can't ask for a refund or walk out because there is one on the front on cashier. Also everyone is avoiding eye contact....
This is the best papa Gino's I've been at in years. Everyone who works there is very personable, wich u don't see much anymore. The pizza is great with the old school pizza oven. And if Marvin is working you will get the best pizza in the city. Hands down. The man cooks pizza with pure love. Another rare commodity these days.
Short of waiting 20 minutes over for my online order time that was scheduled for pick-up... arrived at the store to wait! Not what expected for an online order... after getting pass that hurdle my pizza was good! I live out of state and make it a point to stop here... won't let the wait skew my review-- just need that to be a one-off!
Love the pizza but this store is dirty. Pizza sitting out. Workers uniforms looked dirty...I would not return
A woman named Katy served me and she was very nice as she assisted me with my online order. Pizza is always cooked to perfection!
The cashier Marvin was amazing he provided the best service for my nephews pizza party Wheelchair accessibility: My brother was able to easily move around in the restaurant with his wheelchair
Great experience overall, the lady taking my order was extremely pleasant and able to get my order that was ready immediately, I personally witnessed how this great staff at this location has to deal with ignorant and inpatient customers and they do it with such professionalism that it's highly commendable, extremely organized and clean restaurant, highly recommend and definitely will return in the area again, thanks again for a very pleasant experience
Hi bunch of kids working like there is no other joyce, on the phone while working with food n making pizza no gloves of any kind n service got the order cause of my granddaughter but no coming back.
I miss the old Papa Gino's but there's still open for business so you better get their pizza while it last.Food: 3/5
