Nice guy owns it named dan. He is supper cool. Melissa is one of tha front girls. She is so kind and always polite. Rest of the people are also pretty cool. Overal trained here for a year or so. Great vibes. The gym is not too big but it's very stylish and private. Also has swimming poool and connected to a restaurant. Overal was perfect for me since I was living so close by. Recommend checking it out for beginners and intermediate trainers. But not for super advanced types who like super fancy equipments.
Friendly staff, great trainers, and everything you need to get an amazing workout. If your visiting the downtown area book a session with one of the RD Fitness Trainers
