The owner/manager was by himself during closing and made an honest mistake. He handled it very professionally and packaged the drinks very well! The amount of effort into each drink was impressive. Pann Tea offers variations of drinks I’ve never heard of so I’m really looking forward to coming back to try more.

Love this place! Their royal milk tea is one of the bests I've had and comes with up to 3 toppings. The large size is quite large and a good price $5.80. Mon-Fri they have buy one get one 20% off. The workers are always kind and courteous. This time, I also got some mango puddings for less than 2 bucks. No picture of the bubble team because they were finished on the drive home. Too good! Edit: wanted to leave another review because their bubble tea is just the best!! I actually never want to buy from anywhere again. A lot of places have bbt that tastes watered down or too milky. This one has the best taste.

Looking for a great refreshing drink or treat? This is the place to try. We had the mango slush and the creme brulee cake milk tea. Mango slush was very smooth with chunks of mango to chew, was not too sweet. One of their signature drinks creme brulee cake milk tea was incredible, very flavorful if you like creme brulee, this is what you to try at least once. Plenty of seats in the front and more in back, staff and owner are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Drinks; Top Notch Service You can’t go wrong with any of their drinks. I’m a big fan of their mango slush. They have cool cups and the prices are good for what you get. The service was really good, everyone was nice and helpful. Overall: 8.9/10

One of the best bubble tea spots in the GTA. Great customer service & fresh ingredients. They also sell other desserts like towel cake and creme brulee. My personal favorite is the Creme Brulee Cake Milk Tea, which has a piece of Creme Brulee in the milk tea!

Been here many times and the customer service is always excellent. Bubble tea is the perfect sweetness each time and tapioca is different then other bubble tea stores where it's very soft. Would definitely come again for their tapioca :

I rarely write a review of the places we visit BUT this place deserves it. For its Service and Drink Quality. Writing this as we are drinking! The service is polite and exceptional as other have mentioned. Not sure if its the owner I was dealing with but he was very humble and patient. The drinks themselves are AMAZING. We always opt for no sugar since these are typically already sweet with tapioca pearls. We tried both the matcha and the original creme crulee cake milk teas, these are more on the dessert side of bbt drinks but the taste was unreal. Flavourful, creamy deep and rich. If you like egg based custards Ala, chinese egg tarts or steamed egg desserts these drinks are for you! There's something unique in the addition of the Creme Brulee which works perfectly in the flavour profile of their Match drink. Pretty sure there's cheese Milk Foam as well. Gives all their drinks a deep rich flavour, unlike others we've tried before. I would 100% recommend trying either of their two cake drinks as a first timer. 10/10, will try others in the future!

Dropped in to pick up the creme brulee cake milk tea 30%sugar and original. They were really good! The tapioca is one of the best and definitely made fresh. We will be back for sure.Service: 5/5

One of my favourite bubbletea store! Their creme brulee cake milk tea is my favourite Makes me crave for it ever since the first time I drank it! Lots of varieties and they definitely put more effort in their drinks compared to other stores big piece of brulee in the creme brulee tea The staff was so friendly and considerate, they have the best service I’ve ever seen!! WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN!! Highly recommend this store you guys! :
