Jessica Tingley working as the front desk receptionist is extremely rude and seems to hate her job. We asked her about a doctor referral for a COVID PCR test to cross the Canadian border and she immediately went on about not having a nurse in the clinic and directed us to a COVID hotline. When my grandmother and I proceeded to ask her what the hotline was for and how to use it, she cut my grandmother off and was extremely rude to her. I asked her for name and made it clear that she was rude, and when my grandmother proceeded to ask to use the bathroom after this, Jessica denied her. Go to Bonners Family Clinic right down the road instead.
