The area are private land but a protion of it is open to the public that has a trail which connets to nearby York Regional forrest - Porritt Tract.
Pangman Springs Conservation Area is a nice trail connected to York Woods trail system. I would love to see washrooms there. People also need more signs showing direction in this area, since it's easy to get lost especially in winter as the cell phone battery juice might go fast.
Nice local trail it’s easy one, you can hike with your kids, Some parts you even can have the stroller with you.
