I can't give 5 stars because my pick up order was wrong and missing items. BUT I will give them 4 because of Todd. Todd went above & beyond to make my situation better. I explained what was wrong with the order and that I wasn't able to come back myself because of a sick child, but that a family member could bring the wrong soup back and get the right one + the missing item. He said No, to keep the soup, he'd get us the right one, get us the missing item, as well as a free you pick 2 for later use. Thank you Todd, you made this stressed out moms day a bit brighter with your compassion.

Been coming here for years, ounce a week and over the last month or so the place has become trashy. Dirty tables and floor, and it's not busy! The portions of the food have been cut to save money. Hot food served cold and not prepared right!!! Louis Joliet Mall 👎👎👎👎

I always love their food. But the girl who helped us seemed to not know anything. She messed up both our orders. Kept asking the same things as is she wasn't listening to us order. I'm guessing new so I won't use names. Hope they train a little better.

Very disappointing that they don't have the bread bowl for their soup at 5 pm on a Sunday. This is the second time this happened to us. The employee took our order first then told us that they are out of bread bowl. They are called panera bread and they don't have a bread bowl for their soup. Really bad management job. We canceled our order and left no excuse for not having bread bowl for their soup
