They were out of the bread to make me a sandwich and where making more soup, broccoli cheddar, a 15 min wait for some more😔  The manager was NOT helpful at all when he ALLOWED them to sell the last piece of bread to another customer after my sweet person waiting on me personally went over to tell them NOT to sell that LAST piece, it was for my sandwich.  The manager was basically rude by the end and I WALKED OUT with nothing.  I proceeded to call Panera and they really were not very helpful, but said the situation should have been handled much better and they would use this as a training tool😔😔😔  Still VERY UNHAPPY  with my experience Friday night around 7 pm ish😊

The salads are excellent. Fuji Apple is my favorite. Mac and cheese and the tomato soup is also very good. Atmosphere is nice and cozy and it has free WiFi.

Panera Food and Service are a given.  This Panera is located conveniently to major highway connections.  It is a good meeting place.  Lots of Parking.

When we arrived for bread bowl soup they were all out of bread bowls and had been for hours.  It's was a rainy day and the cashier said on rainy days they sell a lot of them...if you know you are going to sell a lot maybe make extra that day! Drive 20 minutes out of the way for a regular bowl of soup.  Put a damper on the experience. Other it was good.

Service is slow through the drive thru. Several times items requested were not included. Check your bag before driving off. Food is good!
