They are your typical Panera, but I always feel like they are quick and friendly. I always seem to be able to be able to find a seat at peak times, so they it is a sufficient size for the area. There are convenient Tesla chargers if you need that, and it's right off of the highway for a quick stop. Much of that doesn't affect me, but it's something to consider. We get drive through sometimes and they orders come out quick for what I expect from Panera. All in all, I would say that for a Panera experience, it is at the top of it's game.

Great healthy option for lunch - and one that the kids will request. Can be a little tricky if you are trying to get back on to I-94. Exit the parking lot near the back (by the Tesla charging stations), and make a left on to Hollywood Rd. (Even though it looks like maybe they didn't intend for you to do that) Once you get the light, you can make a left onto Niles and have your choice of on ramps on to 94.

I recommend Panera bread to everyone! They have healthy and delicious food. I love the broccoli soup in a bread bowl but at that time they had no bread bowl. So they offered me 2 extra pieces of bread. Good service!

I just stopped at this Panera location while on a road trip. The service was terrible. There is a group picking up a catering order in front of me, and instead of pulling one more of the many employees that were working to the cash registers, me and the five people behind me had to wait for 20 minutes. Another person brought back a bowl of soup because it was cold while I was standing there. There was also a horrible high-pitched noise coming from the kitchen. I was going to sit down with my coffee and cinnamon roll, but instead had to go to my car to eat it because the noise was so annoying. The cinnamon roll is good it was not worth the wait and the annoyance.

Super friendly service from everyone. The booth we sat in had no more padding left though. Otherwise food and experience was good.
