I usually really like Panera. This happened at the South Burlington vt location. This morning however I was very upset by the fact that your cashier, a young women, who was wearing a mask blew her nose at the register, and after she put her mask back on without washing or disinfecting her fingers proceeded to give cups, food etc. When my turn came I asked her where the cups were because I didn't want her to handle mine. I was disgusted and refrained to order a bagel for fear of her germs. Poor hygiene! the managers should enforce a plastic gloves policy and request their employees to change gloves if they are going to serve customers while sick and touching parts of their bodies. Parking: Ample parking
Consistently excellent food and service. Have never been disappointed with a visit. Definitely one of my favorite places for a quality fast meal.
I usually love Panera but this one was a mess. To start we put in our phone # to get a text when our order was ready but that never happened. We kept hearing them call P, J, R which was apparently us. They were calling out the first letter of each name, first, last and middle, on the card we paid with. This location was also just dirty. There were crumbs all over the floor and most of the tables were dirty. All in all a bad Panera. I won't be going to that one ever again.
I had a Caesar Salad and a Pepperoni and Mozzarella Melt that was very delicious. The staff was very friendly and were full of energy.Food: 5/5
I haven't tried every thing yet but the things I have are the bomb. Every one I have meet have been very nice. The broccoli soup is my favorite. I love it in bread or in a dish.Food: 5/5
Don’t even waste your time coming here. I just stood there for 20 minutes trying to order my food. I walked to the side said excuse me etc etc as the guy slowly walks to the register two young girls come in he immediately ignores me turns to them and proceeds to take their order. I literally spoke with three different employees asking to place a order
This was the first place we stopped when we got to Shelburne. It wasn't clean, at all. The food was fine but the floor was dirty and the women's bathrooms doors did not have locks. They literally had a small thin rope to hold the door closed while you did your thing. Embarrassing for a Panera.
