The Panera folks are alright! Our church ordered a catered lunch for about 30 people. Everything arrived beautifully packaged and ready to serve. Fresh and delicious! To get back to the folks, though, when it was time to settle up, Panera donated the meal! What a surprise! Come visit us at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church in Marblehead. Blessings are donated to one and all!
Customer service is terrible! The guy at register didn't ask my phone number then when I pointed it out..didn't care. No hot water up at station. I told him..he gave me a cup of hot water all the while not looking at me. An elderly woman came in not knowing where to get help ...after she went to 2 wrong places I directed her to ordering place! Flatbread cold & flavorless! It is dirty in here n they are loud n joking about not being here working! Nobody at bread/bakery area. Very disappointing! I asked about Teas n he pointed to me over there! And what happened to chips apple or baguette???? Awful customer service at register today Monday 11/21 Unprofessional & just don't care! Last time I'll be coming here
Disappointing to say the least. Customer service is poor at this location. The price is high given the amount of food you will receive. I’ve been here a couple of times and each one of my visits was disappointing. I don’t suggest their advertised breakfast sandwich. It is similar to a slider, and is about as bland as it gets.
I wanted to take a minute and recognize Josef specifically and the driver. Thank you for redoing the order today, that level of customer service goes a long way. I know places are short staffed , and it can be stressful. Thank you for taking my call listening to the problem and then coming up with a solution right away! Amazing. I will absolutely order again, I love the food, and the service. Well done!
A friend and I were not super hungry so we just ordered a half a sandwich with a cup of soup to the tune of $14. The sandwich was not very impressive. The soup was tasty but the rolls served with it was dry. The table was not clean. I asked a woman behind the sandwich counter if someone could please clean it. I realize that prices are going up everywhere on everything but I've always felt them to be a little overpriced.
Don't go in there near closing time. They'll look right at you and continue texting, cleaning, or whatever else. Everything but acknowledge you and take your order.
They have fresh homemade bagels but cannot toast them golden brown because of obsolete equipment . It comes out with burnt edges or too lightly toasted. Too bad.
The online order, dose not work at all, the websites takes for ever to load. Menu items do not add to the order. I liked the food here alot but i cannot order online anymore. The website IS NOT WORKING,
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Customer service is awful, they water down the soup & they’re always out of everything. & it’s consistently awful.
Very friendly and lively staff. Breakfast is good and coffee has been fresh in my experience. The MyPanera program pays for itself if you want coffee from Panera more than twice a month.
