Ordered bread bowls and only received the soup. Called and they gave us a credit for the bread. Still need to order dinner, soup is not enough. Stuck at home with covid and they ask for a tip in advance, the nerve. Paid $70 for 3 cups of soup and a cheese Flatbread. Very dissatisfied.
The only reason I give 3 stars is because the portion is so small, and for the amount of money I pay, I remain hungry. But service, food, quality 5 stars...Food: 5/5
We come here once a week and get the same thing every time. The male cashier never messes it up, is always kind, and always makes polite conversation. The older female cashier is rude, condescending, and never gets the order right, no matter how many times it is repeated, or at differing volumes. A blender was running once and my friend raised his voice, and when we were done ordering, she lectured him about ‘not yelling.’ He repeated the order back to her, and it still came out wrong. The food is usually decent, but pricey. Tables and floors are usually clean.
So I came here for a take out. The elder chubby lady by the register came to me and asked large coffee or small?! I was like I haven't ordered yet. Then a guy walked behind me and said large is fine. For some reason she didn't see difference between a man in his mid 50's and another in the mid 30's. Anyway. She took my order and when I went back and opened it she gave me the wrong items. The salad had chicken and bacon which I specifically asked her more than one time to not use any meat. I called back complaining. But usually once you leave the place and try to complain over the phone nothing really happenes. All I got is a $10 voucher and bad phone manners. This is was not my first location that I have had issues with the orders and unfriendly staff, But I know for sure it will be the last time.
Great panera. Clean and friendly. Jeremy helped me with my food allergies and appreciate his time.
A comfortable place to relax and have breakfast.Food: 5/5
I ve been regular at panera and this location is one of them. Are they short on staff or they do not get right amoumt of pay? I had carry out order for pick up and it seems like they arent happy working there. I was waiting for my food and staff seemed like they didnt know what they are doing.and they were rude qhen i ask questions. I will never go to this panera anymore. BEWARE!!!!!
Prices are going up and portions are getting smaller. However, still a great place for lunch with the kids. It is also wonderful that they have a peanut free selection n their bakery for younger kids with allergies.
I used to love Panera! I would go to the Libertyville location and get the Fuji apple chicken salad at least once a week. Then I moved closer to Gurnee so I went to the Gurnee Location. I got the worst Fuji apple chicken salad at the Gurnee location. The chicken I think was spoiled. It seemed like it was sitting in a refrigerator somewhere for days. I swear I would never go back to the Gurnee location sadly. Today, I found myself in Libertyville and was so excited I could go get the Fuji apple chicken salad again at the Libertyville location. And to my surprise it was the same salad. Wilted lettuce, chicken that stunk. I think those salads sit in refrigerators for days until somebody finally buys them. They should put a date on them or something because I think they’re past their expiration period. I’ll never go to Panera again.
I dined inside the people preparing the meals focused more on the orders placed online or called in then inside orders. Soup was in paper bowls which were smaller then the regular bowl you would get when dinning inside. Overall service was slow wish I went some place else.
