I don’t like to speak badly on food service workers because I was one for 2 and a half years, so I know it can be tough. But I’m honestly shocked at how often they mess up my order at this Panera. If you come here, make sure to check that they included everything in your order, ESPECIALLY if you modified any of your items.
This Panerabread is decent located in Elmwood Park. But we will see how it does as it continues to reopen from the Pandemic. Now this Broccoli n Teriyaki Chicken is a HITTTT...I definitely recommend this dish.

They put a used piece of bread in my bag. No wrapper just thrown in the bag. Not satisfied with that at all
Disappointed. Steak Sandwich was NOT steak. Not even hot. Out of bread bowls and chicken sandwich had freezing cold BBQ sauce on it.
This is what you get for $7.49. No mention of them being out of bread bowls so they substituted with 4 baguettes and 2 spoonfuls of Mac
The wait time is horrible. I ordered 2 bowls of soup and literally waited 30 minutes and there was only one other person in the lobby.
