Waiter walked away from me as I was ordering. That was rude and he didn't even apologize for it. He also forgot my smoothie with my meal and upon receiving it as I got in my car I noticed there was an eye lash or piece of hair on it. The vibration of this place is very low. No one smiled, no one cared to take my order, missed my order and sanitation was a 6/10. Never will I go here. I don't even live around Stoughton but they definitely don't represent all other paneras well.
I just left church and it will be a long day so I decided to run to Panera Bread in Stoughton, Massachusetts for a lunch/dinner. Remebered a favorite bowl and decided to get 2. The Teriyaki Broccoli Bowl. Can you tell me why I was charged more for the bowl than I paid last time but yet the bowl was half the size I had previously gotten? Come on Panera. This is poor thievery!!!! The bowl could not even be classified as lunch. I am STILL hungry after shelling out $28 and change. What are you doing? The bowl was tasty but I was finished after 6 bites. What gives?
I went to this Panera thinking everything would be my usual good old experience but it wasn’t. I got the Mac and cheese and it was very watery and just all around disgustingeven another family next to me ordered one to and theirs was the same . When my mom said something they didn’t seem bothered by it. I like to get it with smoked pulled chickendefinitely recommend and they forgot to give me that so I had to go back and get that. My mom got a pick two with a soup and a salad and they forgot to give us the soup so had to go get that too. All around bad experience and the best thing in the table was the bread and drinks.
A great place for healthy and delicious food options. Also great selection of vegetarian offerings as well! We love Panera Bread!
Great food, service is top notch. The food is very fresh. They have excellent selections of food options. I love the kitchen sink cookie!!!! I nuked it in the microwave, melted the chocolate chips, ooolala.Food: 5/5

This place use to be great, but not anymore. I bought a sandwich and they literally put just one piece of chicken on it.
They always forget something in our order. Every time. Don’t order a bakery item because they will forget. The salad is sad more toppings than salad! So I thought I’ll get a sandwich how hard can it be? They didn’t put sauce on one half of the sandwich when I asked for extra! We’ve ordered here probably ten times never again. They run off with our money and serve sloppy food. Never had any issues with other locations.
This location is ghettooooooooo! Bunch. Of kids hanging around doing a bunch of nothing. My salad looked thrown together.. they had no ice in the ice machine and looked at me like I was crazy for bringing it to their attention ‍
Last time ordering from this location… avocado in my sandwich still with the skin on it? Then halfway through my Mac and cheese I find something else. Not sure what it is but I do know it shouldn’t be there.
