I placed a curbside order. They were fast, polite and the food was fresh and delicious. I used the online app to order it, and it was perfect! Thank you! The flatbread pizza is yummy and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich was full of flavor. I have had at this location in the past and recommend their iced coffee, strawberry banana smoothie, the lemon cookie and both flavors of scones.
I got the Napa chicken salad sandwiches. There was hardly any chicken salad on my sandwich. There was literally more lettuce than there was chicken salad. I get this sandwich often at other Panera locations and it's never been skimpy like this. There is less than a scoop of chicken salad on the entire sandwich. The bread is big. There's not enough chicken salad to even cover the bread. So most of my sandwich was lettuce and bread.
Order was mostly ready when I arrived, and nice people. Only thing I was disappointed by was when I had ordered a carafe of coffee they were training someone. The carafe was messy and unfortunately had to deliver it as it was for a customer of mine.
As others are saying. This location is going down hill. Ordered online. Did the lobby pickup option. Got home. Bag was missing a side. Receipt clearly says 2 fruit cups! This is why I don't tip for curbside any more! You have one job. Put the stuff in the bag and you can't get that right!
Worst panera bread I ever went to in my life I went to pick up a order and I asked for extra dressing and they gave me none. Just because I didn't give a tip I thought if I picked up my order I shouldn't have to give a tip. The salad wasn't even full. I just moved here from Orlando FL and at least there they actually have decent panera breads I won't ever go here again. First time coming here will by my last
This location is going down hill fast! So disappointed yesterday. The dining room was filthy. Tables dirty. This was before the lunch rush. My daughter ordered a sandwich it looked pathetic. The last 3 bites had nothing on it just bread. My salad greens were wilty. Normally love this place, however we have noticed changes the past few times there
My daughter and I went to this location a few days ago a little before 7PM. They told me they were out of banquettes, 2 of their soups, and the bowls. This was over two hours before closing on a week day. The cashier was unknowledgeable about the menu. She had to ask her coworker to answer the few menu questions I had. We ordered and waited 15 to 20 minutes for our food! While they were preparing it, they asked if they could substitute pickle chips on the chicken sandwich, I said yes. They were pickle flavored potato chips, not round pickle pieces! My daughter took them off. Would of been nice to know before ordering they didn't have all the ingredients. I will not be returning! Between the expensive prices, long wait, and out of items it was a horrible experience!
The food was standard for Panera, the service was fine, and we went through the drive through. The main reason I am giving three stars is because I ordered a kids Mac and cheese for my toddler. The Mac and cheese was fine and my toddler wasn't even able to finish it, which is a good thing because the yogurt I was given was EXPIRED by 3 MONTHS AND 9 DAYS! I didn't realize until the following day when I went to give it to her for breakfast. I can forgive a few days maybe even a week, but over three months is insane. I do realize that these yogurts can be frozen and thawed, but it was definitely not frozen or overly cold when I pulled it out of the bag. If they aren't checking dates on children's yogurts, then what else is being missed?
Probably my favorite Panera location! The staff has always been friendly, never any issues with our orders. My only complaint is towards whoever the female manager is here. I’ve had the very uncomfortable lunch dining in while she was hosting a meeting with employees where she talked down to them so bad. I’ve recognized her and her voice and I can hear her yelling at them in the kitchen as well. Her employees are always so pleasant and so sweet in the drive thru that I always tip them. She needs to let up.
I'll be ho b est here, I visited the Panera Bread location at 23/Gratiot as I met a friend there for lunch. The place rocked, not only was the meal great but it was prepared quickly. The girl behind the counter I think her name was Nikki, she was bright, smart, cheerful on top of everything. She came around physically sat down at our and others table chatted a minute brought samples of bakery items, and had the brightest smile, Thanks for coming, Come again, drive safe, have a nice day etc. Now where else can you get friendly service like that. I'd go back in a heartbeat
