Nice Panera conveniently housed in same building as a movie theater. Person taking order and person giving me my drink were both very pleasant. Inside was clean and comfortable. Love the booths and the size of the tables - much easier to sit and do work than even in a Starbucks!
Panera is a good place for relatively quick dining. The choice of food is diverse from breads, coffee cakes, etc,.to salads, soups and sandwiches. Varied choices and decent prices. Our visit today had ok service. The register always seems a little slow. And unless you know what you want the menu is a lot to read though before you figure out what you want.
Love the workers here, very kind and very friendly. Service is very fast and it’s a good environment to do homework or hangout with friends. The new gm is very kind, offers to help all the customers and try’s to please anyone as much as she can. I love going here, I recommend to anyone and everyone.
Delicious food. Friendly young man you was on the register. Heard him take a call from a regular customer who lost an item. He was very polite and searched for her missing item. Still wish Panera covered their pastries. I've never ordered pastries, etc from a Panera because they are uncovered.
There's nothing better than a warm bowl of hearty soup on a cold day. Panera is great whether you are meeting friends or just looking to grab something quick. The food is great, there are plenty of healthy options and it's usually very clean and quick if you want it to be.
Microwave your own coffee! I’ve been to this Panera about 5 times over the past year. Every time the coffee has been cold no matter the time of day. They’ve gotten so many cold coffee complaints, that they are now directing customers to microwave their own coffee. Yes, you read that right... the coffee you paid $3 for, you have to MICROWAVE YOURSELF at the coffee station. Also, the wait at the register is simply too long at this location... not because of high traffic, but because of their lengthy check-out procedures.
The food is beyond great, and pastries are wonderful. There's great, and speedy service, even when it's busy. The establishment is also very clean, and well stocked. There is a variety of food choices as well. Upon very rare occasions staff can be a tad on the snippy side, but is usually very polite, nice and helpful. My only cretic would be that because it's such a good reserant, and is busy a lot, to have a bit more seating, but if you look around you can always find a clean place to sit.
Maybe it's a northern thing, but I've never been in such a loud Panera. Many of the patrons, both adults and kids, yell over the table to each other. Panera shops back home are always pretty quiet, even when full. Not a place to come if you want to focus on anything. Food and service are still really good, but it's just considerably louder which ruins part of what I loved about Panera.
Ever since the management changed, the place is a whole new one! Fantastic and friendly, never had a problem with my order or had to wait, and clean and nicer looking than before. Best Panera I've been in.
Placed an order for pick up...didn't realize there was an issue with the order until I was back at work. Definitely frustrating- so why am I giving 5 stars??....because mistakes happen, we are all human but it's how we handle it. When I called them they were professional, apologetic and extremely accommodating. GREAT friendly staff and AMAZING customer service at the Sparta Panera Bread location!
