I stop at this location while traveling through Idaho. This trip I purchased a bag of mini-scones. I didn't realize until I stopped for the night that they were actually rocks disguised as scones. They were over baked, dry and hard. I am not happy. Why would you put these out for sale? Disgusting.
This Panera is closed for indoor dining. It would have been nice to know before we parked and went to the door. We hadn't been to a Panera for months and were looking forward to it. Today 09/29/2021 around 530pm the most friendliest employee at the drive thru turned my day around i was having a bad day and she had the friendliest smile and positive attitude i have never received such great customer service she deserves a raise.....
Staff really friendly and great food, but the pickup process needs work. The drive-thru express lane is poorly marked and no phone number to call for pickup and have to go through 2min recording before getting to someone.
