Panera Bread is my favorite fast food restaurant. The Big Rapids location is my very favorite location. The food is prepared very well and the staff is nice and helpful. The cleanliness of this particular Panera location is very clean and well kept.
One of the friendliest people I have ever encountered at the register to help us decide what to eat. She was able to describe every menu item we asked about in detail. She was very helpful & the food was good.

I love Panera but the stuff here is amazing! I was helped by Aly and Micheal and they were so nice and helpful. I didn’t know what to order and they were super helpful deciding what to eat. They both deserve a raise!
