Very poor experience, over 25 minute wait for a 6 item to go order, and they forgot to make the two drinks so we got 4 items in 25+minutes and waited additional time for the two simple lattes.

Very disorganized, poor management, most employees were working their butts off but they weren't being given systems that organized and streamlined their work.

Also some employees didn't prioritize tasks well, choosing to collect dishes or other non urgent tasks, leaving their co-worker to manage a growing line by themselves at the register.

Love Panera!  One of the very best options for food that's a chain restaurant. Always delish, always clean.

Rude cashier named Kayla. Horrible attitude. Asked her a simple question of "will my pastry still be .99"? And she rolls her eyes and replied with an attitude "yeah that's why I said it earlier". She was making faces at the lady in front of my for not understanding what the lady was asking.
