Expensive charms that aren't even real gold. However, you can go there to have Pandora jewelry cleaned at any time.

Really bad experience today, the girl taking names at the door had quiet the attitude she was rude to my mother and I, she didn't seem to care that she was upsetting my mother and acted as if WE were causing a scene. A young girl claiming to be a manager finally intervened and set the girl on her break which she was all to happy to take. My mother left and I stayed behind to talk to her, I explained that I too work in retail and I know what it's like on extremely busy days like. She simply nodded her head and said sorry. I will not be going back to that Pandora ever again I'll just drive the extra 30min to Langley😡. Maybe teach your employees some basic manners towards customers next time.

Tried shopping on boxing day. The girl taking names was nice and helpful The girl that helped me was nice and tried her best (she was new) but whenever she tried asking another employee a question or for help they gave her the cold shoulder or ignored her. When I was paying for my item the older lady at the till didn't say hi or even look at me while I paid Seemed like the majority of the employee's didn't want to be there and it showed

Walked in there today and showed them that 2 jems were missing from one ring and 1 from another, without hesitation they took both rings into the back and exchanged them with bran new ones ! Didn't ask for my receipt or anything. I told them I got them about 8 months ago. They were super nice and the customer service was fantastic !
