Pandora at Rideau Centre

The ladies that served us were very nice and helpful. The experience was good even if we could not go into store covid procedure.

Bad experience with the manager “Unilingue anglaise” from Toronto was absolutely ignorant, scare of her shadow. It’s wen I ask her for a French copy of Pendora return policy... she was typing it on her phone on Google translate that I freak out. Really bad experience at Pendora.

Went in today to purchase earrings, the lady was very rude. Her name is Cathi and she’s the store manager, if I remember correctly. Definitely not going back to this location.

This store is sucks. manager and staff not helpful at all. Don’t purchase anything here. Waste of money! The higher managers should consider change this store manager.

Came here right before they closed because they didn’t have what I was looking for at Bayshore. The girl who helped me was patient, very accommodating and was such a sweetheart! Definitely my go to pandora location now

Had great experiences shopping at this location as a new Pandora customer. Was served well the past couple times. Sales associates were very patient and very happy with Pandora gifts and service. Way better than the Bayshore location.
