Ever hear of the "Triple D"...Diners, Drive-in, and Dives? Well this is the "Dive"! Nothing to say about the looks but the food is excellent, especially the Burbon Chicken w/rice is great. Walk in with your eyes closed you will be happy when you leave but very happy when you eat what you ordered!
First time ordering! Had delivery! Food was hot, was plenty of sauce, and the driver was very friendly! I feel bad he thanked me for the tip! Everyone should be tipping for their deliveries no matter where they order from! I definitely will be ordering again!
I have order from panda house multiple times. I had a few small issues that I just brushed off. Today was the worst and I will never ever order from them again. The child that answers the phone is disgustingly rude. I order over 50 dollars in food for my little family and the order was completely wrong. I called to discuss the issue and immediately the woman got a attitude and disrespectful. I will not waste money at this restaurant again, I did not get what I paid for I’m missing food and the food I got was wrong. Terrible customer service never again. Don’t waste your time on these people.
Good Panda House is unaccommodating of food allergies or food sensory issues. They refused to replace mushrooms and celery with broccoli for an order. The woman I spoke with said it’s because people try to get extra meat. I was ordering a vegetarian order. If I could leave no stars, I would. I’ve been placing this same order since I was 13 years old. In literally 30 years, no Chinese restaurant has refused to accommodate my needs. I called China Wok. They did it and had it ready in 15 minutes. F-Good Panda House.
I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I placed my order everything was fine. Gave them my address and they said 35 min. I was called by the driver telling me he was here, he was not at the right address. I told him again where I was and he said I have to call my boss. The owner called me, yelling at me because he claims I gave the wrong address. I told him again where I was, he informed me that his driver would need to see my drivers license and card when he arrived. 2 min later he called me and said we don't deliver there. I was furious, I already paid. I reminded him that I had paid them already, he said that it would be refunded to me. It always takes 3-5 business days to get my money back, he said "not my problem" I will never order from here again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away
I moved to Utica on 2014... is 2019, and I still love the food...my favorite... is all. Everything is delicious and the costumer service is great. My food is always delivered, always nice and hot... is the only restaurant I recommend... I've tried a few, but honestly, Panda is the best....am giving 5 stars, but I would love to give 10.
All the food was good. I moved here from nyc and was looking for a solid Chinese food spot. After trying 3 other's I've found it! Ordering online and picking up was super easy and fast too.
Very good restaurant, delivers super fast within 15 minutes to the max. I always placed my order on phone, they take care in repeating my order just to make sure what all the order comes with and how I would Like it. Best Chinese food with super fast delivery and they offer me free 2L soda or cheese wonton or an egg roll depending on my bill. They are the best at their combos fills my stomach with reasonable rates.
Ok so I use to order here every couple of weeks and the food was always good. But they never sent us chop sticks or fortune cookies even though we always asked for them. I ordered over 30$ worth of food this time and chose to pick it up . So when my wife went in she asked for chop sticks and they only put 3 sets in the bag so my wife asked for more. They then argued with my wife over a couple extra sets of chop sticks Katie. Then we went home and started to eat the food. We ordered the broccoli and beef and the beef tasted like raw fish. It was horrible. My wife then called in and the cook then argued with my wife that it couldn't have tasted like that. That she was wrong. Then told us to bring the food back to the restaurant. They were very rude with us on the phone. We get to the restaurant and now I went in with my wife and the cook immediately changed his tone but was going off about making more orders after wards. Which didn't matter to us because it wasn't other people's food we were worried about. Then argued about making us more. All in all. We will not be ordering food here again. Absolutely ridiculous.
Food is good but the customer service is lousy!! We called to order lunch for our office, spoke with a gentleman that was rude, very short with us over the phone and had poor customer service skills. When we ordered the lunch specials, he didn't even ask if we wanted wonton soup, egg drop soup, eggroll or soda! We had to call back and tell him that we wanted the soup with our orders. Not customer service friendly at all.
