This is the 2nd time going here, both times they were pretty busy 8pm, didn't have to wait long though. This time I ordered ahead. My food wasn't ready when I got there, but they were extremely busy and I only had to wait about 5 minutes. The food is very good the staff works quickly and are polite. I highly recommend this place.
Ordered a meal to pick so could not see what I was getting. Ordered a Teriyaki Chicken with absolutely no sauce and dry. Also ordered Walnut Shrimp. The shrimp was good but got about a tenth of a walnut. Just not acceptable.
Got Beef and broccoli at 7:30pm and threw it up at 3am, it definitely wasn’t cooked all the way because I hadn’t eaten anything else for the rest of the day, I also tried calling to let them know so they can fix it but I got no answer 3 times.
This location always seems to be out of something or only has limited dishes. We went without teriyaki chicken for months and twice now we have gone at 7:30 and been told there are only 3-4 dishes to choose from and they won't make anything else. They don't close until 9.
This place used to be amazing, it really went downhill. Online ordering always gets messed up and things like teriyaki sauce and the wonton sauce are frequently forgotten. Food is usually fresh and warm, but hopefully you actually get what you ordered
Food was fresh and hot! Met with friendly service. Table was clean as well just could use some more staff is all.
