Honestly our favourite chain pizza - by far. Staff is always nice and they make a mean pizza. Crust and ingredients are both top notch and its fresh every.time. Love that combo deal too - can't go wrong.
Over 45 mins on phone, placed order twice then told couldn't take payment. Was told to use app, did not work, told to call back again, and they would then be able to help, no help. Tried to make a birthday delivery in Canada from the states unsuccessful.

Ordered here quite a few times over the years, 99% of the time always a great experience. Had an issue with one of my pizzas recently so I called it in. 15 Minutes later a replacement pizza was given free of charge. Great customer service. Thanks guys.

The only reason I’m doing a two star rating, we’ve always had good pizza there but tonight we walked in and the employees weren’t wearing gloves when preparing the pizza’s which since I work in the food industry is heavily concerning to me.... one came to the register to deal with my mom and I and just went back to the dough, didn’t even wash their hands- I can’t explain how much that made my skin crawl. Keeping your hands clean while working in a kitchen of any kind is essential to a clean and healthy work environment and ensures the limitation of food borne illnesses. Please, please, please wash your hands and wear gloves when handling food products and wash your hands every time you change up your task. Even if it takes that extra minute it’s just so much safer not to mention a lot more sanitary... On another note they allowed a gentleman in and he wasn’t even wearing a mask. In times like now it’s pretty important to do so. Even if it annoys people keep yourself and others safe make sure people are wearing their masks properly and sanitizing their hands when they come into your establishment please.
Was stuck at the airport with the in house restaurant closed, ordered Panagos from in town and two mediums cost 50$. The delivery driver stated there was a 20$ delivery charge on top of the pizzas based on the distance..... Google maps said it was a 14 km drive maximum and 15 minutes, felt pretty swindled and will not order from here again.
Great pizzas with good customer service... Very fast and quick... Thanks panago team cranbrook.. Keepup the good service.
