I love the Merritt Panago.. pizza is amazing!! Easy to order online, considering small home town. The best friendly service, so welcoming each and every time Other pizza places are either rushed, or get order wrong, or waiting period horrible; lousy customer service. Panago is the best! Love panago, so fresh and affordable!

Their pizza is always top notch, as is their in-person service, but I'm giving them 2 stars because it is -15°c outside, I was just outside for less than two mins and my hands physically hurt it was so cold. My son & I were having a late dinner. He asked for Panago, the only pizza we order in Merritt, I called to be told the store wasn't offering delivery. I don't have a vehicle, as I mentioned at the beginning of the call.. There is Covid right now as well, and I don't think it's appropriate to be asked to walk across town with, or without my son, to go buy our dinner. I planned to make it as simple, and safe as possible by ordering delivery; and using my debit to pay, or phone to pay. Not acceptable. It's winter. This is a small town, and it's not hard to deliver. They already refuse to deliver to the Lower Nicola area around here, at least anytime I've called. That's not good service. In-person sure, but other than that they don't care about the community that holds their small business up.. Sincerely, A very frustrated loyal, lifetime Panago customer of exactly 19 years.

One of the very few places in town that serves excellent food consistently. Fast, friendly delivery drivers. Highly recommend
I got exactly what I wanted. Toppings could be a bit more generous though.
The Manger here is a super nice guy herd he goes above and beyond for his staff order from them for social gatherings and occasionally for our pizza nights when we're to tired to cook dinner always ready on time and have never had any issues
Good pizza. We ordered as soon as we got into cell service on the highway and only had to wait about 10 min for pizza for our hungry travel weary family. Food was good. Service was friendly
Wednesday 7pm & I can't even make an order cuz your store is closed even tho Google says open. How about you let your customers know if the store I closing early rather than just closing whenever you want!!
